This 95 m2 house is located in Plage Sud, 100 m from the current and bike paths, on a wooded plot of 800 m2 allowing you to enjoy a pleasant exposure whatever the season and time of day. The house dating back to the '60s was intentionally preserved in part “in its juice” for a “holiday home” spirit. So it shows signs of the weather. However, we have made sure to give them all the comforts they need for a refreshing stay.
