We had a great time at Florie's house. Everything was as described, the amenities were at the top of the plancha up to the bathroom equipment. We were able to make the most of a weekend with friends. Perfect stay to celebrate my daughter's 18 with family, the weather was not with us, a shame because the exteriors are exceptional. But the house was big enough and modular enough to have a great evening. I recommend this place

André is a pleasant host. We were able to change the checkout time a little to make the most of our weekend with friends. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. The pool dome allows you to enjoy the pool longer because it keeps it warm. Thank you very much André!

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

We had a great time at Villa Maluel for a surf trip with friends. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and the outdoor area with the pool is perfect for relaxing. It is ideally located, close to the sea and shops. Valerie was a great, welcoming, attentive and very accommodating host. Biscarrosse is a top destination for surfing, and the villa made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back!

Very nice stay at this beautiful villa by the beach. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The host is very available and welcoming with a small basket filled, there is even a guide that allows you to discover the restaurants and activities around. I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay, Vanessa is very responsive. The proximity to the Dune du Pilat is really appreciated! The restaurant la corniche is also within walking distance. We feel good in the house, a shame that the weather didn't allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect place for a summer vacation. The villa has all amenities including many technical gadgets. Anastasia welcomed us personally and in a very friendly way. Even when the pool had a problem after a thunderstorm, Anastasia and her husband were immediately concerned with a solution. For our constellation (2 families of four), the house is ideally divided and offers enough retreat options in addition to the large "community part."

A very comfortable place in a nice and quiet environment. The house is new and very clean. Phenomenal to go on vacation a few days and enjoy the countryside and the sea.

Beautiful residence to spend a few days of holiday with friends in tranquility and in a beautiful environmental setting. Significant variety of landscapes. Oyster sheds and restaurant < 15 minutes walk. Very friendly, responsive and accommodating host, everything was great. We recommend it!
