My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Located on the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, 'Le Cocon' is a charming, carefully decorated little 40 m² house rated 3* by the tourist office. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a seating area, a desk, a shower room with a double shower, and a separate WC. The chalet is located in Biganos at the crossroads of the Arcachon Bay (Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and Arcachon). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without opposite and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. No cleaning fee, however we ask that you leave the accommodation clean.
