Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Located on the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, 'Le Cocon' is a charming, carefully decorated little 40 m² house rated 3* by the tourist office. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a seating area, a desk, a shower room with a double shower, and a separate WC.
