My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Located on the Biscar'Ose property in Biscarrosse Bourg, 'Le Cocon' is a charming, carefully decorated little 40 m² house rated 3* by the tourist office. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a seating area, a desk, a shower room with a double shower, and a separate WC. Perfect for a couple (not really suitable for children), but it can still accommodate a baby: contact us to arrange this option. On-site wellness treatments.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without opposite and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (50 euros unlimited until the next morning). For your comfort, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods as well as tea and infusions are offered. No cleaning fee, however we ask that you leave the accommodation clean.

Relax in La Maison de la plage. Nestled a stone's throw from the ocean behind the dune, you can park the car and do everything on foot! Whether you prefer a summer holiday or an off-season break, La Maison de la Plage will charm you with its wood-fired heated stock tank, unique in Mimizan. The guest is responsible for the logs.
