Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via lockbox.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. Beautiful 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor with eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Bright and cozy with views to the courtyard garden and street. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel :-)
