Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via lockbox.

The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

The loft has a lot of space and offers a large living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A special highlight is the large table for up to 16 people and the beautiful view of the river on the south side.
