Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Apartment by the park near the water

Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Floor heating as well as all necessary kitchen utensils are available. Right at the Ostbahnhof, with shopping facilities from Monday to Sunday from 7am to midnight. WIFI connection, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 55 inch TV and Playstation 4 are available.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz in the middle and 15 minutes and to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, as Easyjet now also lands and starts in Tegel:-)

The 112 sqm luxury loft is located in the tastefully renovated marmalade factory particularly exclusive directly on the Spree with a large terrace and unforgettable panoramic views of the river from the park of the East Side Gallery to the TV turn and perfectly central in the middle of the exciting Kreuzberg, 5 minutes walk from the underground station Schlessiches Tor with numerous restaurants, bars and non-clubs.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished apartment in Rummelsburg is also quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined with double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For toddlers there is a high chair and a travel cot (please bring blankets and pillows for this).

The Studioloft is located in a very calm and safe area of Berlins finest district of Charlottenburg at Holtzendorffstrasse and of course fully furnished and completely equipped for dayly needs. The beautiful lake Lietzensee, the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Strasse, the subway line 7, several bus lines and a lot of very good international restaurants, shops and bars are in closest vicinity.

Magnificent turn of century flat (legal)

This magnificent turn-of-the-century flat with high ceilings ornaments wooden floors and luxury fitting is located in a trendy area right in the centre of the city. All amenities and public transport in walking distance. Just refurbished!!! This is one of the few legally approved Airbnbs in Berlin.
