Cozy apartment with large wooden terrace (alpacas in the Chemnitz Valley)

At about 108m², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people can sleep. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat screen TV. You will find alpaca quilt that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the meadow due to the large window surfaces. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also located in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The daylight bathroom with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer completes the overall look. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is southwest facing for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair access (staircase). Towels, bed linen and dishtowels are included. WiFi and parking are free.

In Mitten der Lommatzscher Pflege, einer landwirtschaftlich geprägten Region im Herzen Sachsens,befindet sich unser idyllischer Bauernhof in Alleinlage.Unsere heimelige Fewo wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben Esel, Rinder,Hühner,Gänse,Laufenten,Schafe,Wachteln&Katzen.Natürlich dürft ihr täglich bei der Tierversorgung mithelfen & alle unsere tierischen Bewohner kennenlernen. Ponyreiten extern im Nachbarort buchbar.

The apartment "Frühlingswiese", on our lovingly restored former farm, is located in a quiet location in the district of Zaschendorf, in Meissen. Just 20km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Take advantage of our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are welcome - they have their own playground, a sandpit and our cat is looking forward to petting.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

You can experience a very special overnight experience on our historic threshing machine. With a lot of love for detail, we have preserved this old agricultural machine from falling apart and transformed it into a cozy accommodation. The small sleeping cabin accommodates two people.
