The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Here the whole family can relax. We rent our city villa during our vacation trips. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby sights such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig and the new Karl's strawberry farm. The A14 is about 5 minutes drive. Make yourself at home. All our daughter's toys can also be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.
