Cottage in south of Dresden

Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Vacation home in Mittelsaida

Cosy holiday apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. A place to breathe - welcome!

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

A newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with great views in a quiet old town location. The bright apartment has an open kitchen with dining area. The sleeping area invites you to cozy hours with a large bed and swiveling TV. An extra bed (third person) can be placed in it. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Idyllic hiking trails in the winding left-blue valleys are just as much to discover as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus (Fantastic view of the Dresden Elbtal) and the historic village of Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs) Please put the 30.00 extra for the cleaning lady in cash.

Dreamlike residing in a magnificent historic building - The Palatium. Close to river Elbe and opposite the historic Old Town, you'll find this spacious flat with luxurious furnishing in the noble Baroque quarter, directly situated at the Palaisplatz. You are within walking distance of both the culturally and architecturally unique Old Town and the lively student quarter of the Äußere Neustadt.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favourite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 sqm. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you can also quickly reach the motorway to explore the area.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
