The cottage has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "holiday cubes" due to the older cabin charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. It has everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Elster Park, with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area of Europe, is the largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. River and lake landscape. Line 3 or. Bus or S-Bahn to the city about 25 minutes. A paradise for sailors and divers. With us it is very quiet and relaxing. Anglerplatz and fishing license. Party room also tapped beer if desired. We have another caravan , see listing LEIPZIG IN THE GREEN ON THE RIVER, Overnight stay of 4 people or a family possible subject to availability. Bike rental for a 5 euro daily fee. Heating is available for cold days. 3.80 euro daily fee

Four water ( Tiny House ) on Lake Hainer

Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

2-Room-Apartment With Balcony Directly At The Elbe

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing murmur of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Afterwards, please do not rate us 4 or less stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you.
