Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Modena is one of the jewel cities of Emilia-Romagna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the monumental ensemble of the Great Square, the Ghirlandina Tower and the Cathedral, which can be seen from the large windows of our magnificent apartment.

Apartment in the historic center between Piazza Roma (Accademia) and Via Del Taglio, newly renovated with fine finishes and very quiet (ZTL area) Fourth floor with elevator, area well served with restaurants and shops just a 5-minute walk from both the train and bus station. Paid parking is available near the house, and free parking is a 10-minute walk away. Sheets, towels and 2 bicycles are available for guests upon request.
