Located in the municipality of Saint Clar, 1 hour from Toulouse and 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Our place is suitable for companies as well as groups of friends or families to meet in a natural and quiet setting. An outdoor Nordic wood-fired bath. A 14-meter by 4-meter pool. An outdoor wood-burning sauna. A pétanque court (provencal ball game). A pond, animals, in short, happiness is in the Gers :) Possibility of breakfasts, lunches and dinners or delivery of local products upon arrival.

This Artisan town has heaps of beauty and history to explore, everyone must visit. It has an amazing Basilica situated at the very top offering the best views you could imagine. Penne d'Agenais has been voted a most beautiful village in France and boasts several authentic restaurants, including one with Vegetarian menu options.

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

A plancha, deckchairs, a lounge area and a garden table are at your disposal, as well as outdoor games. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. It serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.

Located 10 minutes from Montauban city center, you can visit the historic city. Come for a walk and visit the beautiful villages of Tarn and Garonne (Bruniquel, St Antonin, Monclar...)

The outdoor Hot Tub is private. Household linen and bathrobes for the SPA are provided The accommodation is located close to the house owners. Not overlooked, it enjoys total independence and is ideal for recharging and relaxing.

The gîte is situated on four peaceful hectares in the Lot department, just 3 km from Lake Saint-Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq-en-Quercy-Blanc. You will be able to explore numerous hiking trails and relax in the above-ground swimming pool to make the most of your stay. You will also have access to the shared spa when booking a minimum of 2 nights between October and 30 April.
