I had a great stay at this place which is beautiful, clean and well-equipped, I will come back when I have the opportunity with pleasure.

This by far excceded our expectations. Beautiful clean place with beautiful nature and animal. It charmed us the moment we got in. Ela was also extremely helpful and understanding, I couldn't have asked for a better host! We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat!

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

Very nice welcome, very good stay the villa was clean and everything was available. Special mention for the lady who welcomed us very well, answered all our questions and was good advice on activities, restaurant and place to visit and always was available to our requests. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It is located in a quiet and secure area with a good neighborhood a few minutes' walk from the beach. We loved the DVD collection with the player. Kitchen, bathroom and bed were clean and tidy. Walid was very helpful and understanding. Thank you for this stay and thank you for the special touches (fruit plate, coffee, tea).

A really good host with a nice space, very clean, nice furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and all around a really nice apartment.

Beautiful clean and well located apartment in the city center with rental station and store nearby. Very good interaction with Hajer and concerned for the well-being of his guests, thank you for that. The only small downside was the noise of the roosters at the bottom of the building, it resonates enormously and little disturbed your sleep. But I enjoyed traveling to this apartment that was up to my expectations. See you soon

We had a great stay in this apartment! Communication with the host was clear and prompt, which greatly facilitated our arrival. He was very respectful and warm, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. The apartment is bright, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. With two personal beds and a double bed, it is ideal for a group of 4 people. Highly recommend this accommodation:))

Very nice apartment in this small family building, perfectly located for beautiful walks on the water front. The bedding is great (I want the same!). The place is peaceful. Communication with Wided is simple, accurate, and helpful. The family is very helpful and attentive to make your experience the best possible.

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.

Great apartment and good communication

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Houcem was a great host and very responsive.. he have the cleaner to clean the pool for every two days.. the place is beautiful and clean and fun to stay in with the pool to enjoy and bbq place and have ping pong table too! will definitely come back whenever i visit Sousse!
