The quiet apartment consisting of a large, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, pad coffee maker) and private shower room is located in the basement of our house. It is 60 m² and has its own entrance from the garden. We live on the Rhine between Cologne and Düsseldorf with good bus connections to the S-Bahn / Langenfeld Rhld. The travel times from there to Cologne or Düsseldorf are each about 30 minutes. Free parking space for a car is available. The city and shopping center with restaurants and breakfast cafes as well as the beautiful old town of Monheim are within 10 minutes' walking distance. The Rhine promenade is 15 minutes away. The Knipprather Forest, which invites you to jog and walk, is a 5-minute walk away and the indoor swimming pool "MonaMare" is a 15-minute walk away. We are a cosmopolitan couple and speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in addition to German. We love dealing with international guests.
