Very nice place to stay, with all the amenities you need. There is even a balcony with appropriate furniture, so you can also have breakfast outside in fine weather or enjoy a glass in the evening. The neighborhood consists of single-family houses and is correspondingly quiet. There were three of us on the road and the size and number of beds were perfect for it. A parking lot was available right in front of the house and we were very lucky that Regina could greet us personally that day. We will definitely ask again if we need a place to stay in Cologne.

We felt very comfortable. The place was as described and insanely clean! There was no unnecessary stuff around, everything was carefully selected for use. If you are susceptible to noise, you should bring earplugs, as you can hear all the steps from above. The bedroom door to the street can be closed. We also visited Magdalena's Variety, which is right behind the main house, which we can really recommend.

Christian is a very nice, polite host. Top explained all, beautiful accommodation. Tips about the area, had wonderful days with our 2 kids.

Really loved staying at this apartment! It was super nice with a modern touch, and everything inside felt high quality and well thought out. The location was spot on—right in the middle of Bad Godesberg, so everything was easy to get to. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Very comfortable apartment for 2 people. Well located, for a few hikes in the highest region of Belgium. We also went to Liège, Dinant and Bastogne easily accessible from the cottage. Very pleasant terraces in the center of Malmedy to drink a good beer under the Belgian sun (between 2 showers😉) to be recommended

Less than a week at Philippe's apartment vacation. great communication with Philippe. Apartment very clean. The Jacuzzi is truly a plus. lots of great restaurants in Tongeren. A lot of cycling in the beautiful surroundings (bikes could be parked in the shed). Dutch Limburg is also easy to reach. 1 small downside is that you do hear the car driving in the garden, not very annoying. All in all highly recommend. Regards, Rita and Jeroen.

A wonderful place from where you can explore southern Limburg. Every day a concert of birds in the garden, a cozy pallet stove, clean bathroom and nice beds. Friendly host, welcoming and everything well taken care of. We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay in the small bakery for two with our dogs. The cottage is really well furnished and equipped. Above all, we used the bath and outdoor sauna to relax. The sauna is heated with a wood-burning stove, for this there are making wood, lighters and larger logs available. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room in the attic is very homely. Larger dogs can hardly make it up, as the narrow space-saving staircase is very steep. The small bedroom under the roof was nice and clean and very cozy, we slept great in the beautiful box spring bed under the roof window overlooking the stars. Lukas, the host was always available and very helpful. In the nearby beautiful corner there is a small Edeka, a few restaurants and a delicious bakery for breakfast baked goods. Otherwise, you can eat well in Prüm or Bitburg. We will be happy to come back!

Great location to make base and explore Cologne, everything you need is nearby (takeout, supermarket) and it's very walkable to the Cathedral. The apartment was clean and I'm had everything we needed. Selo is an awesome host and made sure we had all the instructions for check-in prior to arrival.

Apartment renovated and tastefully furnished, in a great position. Our host was kind and friendly. Very convenient to use the washer and dryer in the listing.

The apartment is enchantingly furnished, everything was available and clean. The balcony is quietly out the back and you can enjoy the sun there. Downtown Maastricht was very easy to reach on foot and the hostess was very accommodating and friendly.
