Quiet area. 500 m from the brand new Spa pool 2 km 🏊‍♀️ from the center, 5 min from the Thermal center, 10 min from the Francorchamps circuit and 500 m from the Ravel. 5 min to the Fagnes and its beautiful walks, as well as the ski slope 🎿 For sports enthusiasts, tree climbing 5 minutes away, vita course and marked trails 🏃‍♂️ You'll have to live with our chickens 🐓 and our cat 🐈‍⬛ Great for a family vacation ♥️

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort.
