Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montrevault-sur-Èvre

Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

The accommodation is very comfortable, super clean, a real little cocoon decorated with passion and meticulousness by Peggy. The garden area that is on the banks of the Loire is idyllic. I thank Peggy for her kindness, responsiveness, and authenticity. That's lovely!!! a BIG thank you!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and as described. The tasteful decor and small touches made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, ready to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Very good beds, we slept very well. We were located 15 minutes from Parc du Puy du Fou and Fabienne gave us some tips for visiting the park. We spent a weekend at Delphine's, it's a change from impersonally decorated accommodation intended only for rentals. The apartment is super nice to live in, we felt at home. In addition, the accommodation is well located, in the city center, while being rather quiet at night. Communication with Delphine and Damien was very easy and efficient! A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!
