The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached by train in 50 minutes, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also accessible by public transport. In the village, there is a supermarket, wine taverns and restaurants. Please note that €2.50 per person per night is due for local tax.

Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and belonged to my family, we grew up here. Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Our cozy wooden house in Puchberg, which is located in the beautiful quiet Hengsttal, offers a beautiful large garden incl. Terrace and barbecue. The town centre can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Registered guests also receive a guest pass offering numerous discounts, such as reduced-price travel on the Schneebergbahn cable car. Enjoy the beautiful nature in a great private location around the highest mountain in Lower Austria!
