We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Free private parking. 20 minutes from Angoulême, 20 minutes from Cognac, come and discover the richness of the perfect alliance between the river, the stone and the vine. Discover the region and its contrasting landscapes offering a unique and relaxing resort in the heart of the Cognac vineyards.

House in the heart of a picturesque and labeled village. You will be independent, in a perfectly equipped house: kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, traditional ovens and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, terrace with barbecue in a closed and private garden. Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. If you wish, end of stay cleaning for €40 if you wish.

House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
