Quiet neighborhood in the city. This centrally-located home in Mt. Tabor has a beautiful backyard oasis designed for relaxing. Pet-friendly with a fenced yard and lots of amenities. Stocked kitchen for a foodie with extras like an ice cream maker, air fryer and panini press. Full, lower level laundry. King suite in the master and kids’ room with games and toys. Local art displayed. Short walk to restaurant and parks. We remove the outdoor theater screen in mid-September for the cold season.

Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, and we are walking distance from downtown St Johns as well as many parks. The studio can also be turned into your own personal movie theater!
