On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es, den kleinen Markt und die umliegende Bergwelt zu erkunden. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Garten, ca. 20qm, die ausschließlich vom Besitzer genutzt wird. Die Einliegerwohnung ist zur Straße hin gelegen.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
