There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.
