Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly built (2019) holiday home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (approx. 18 m²), each with a large double bed, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of which (approx. 10 m²) has a corner bathtub and a very large walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m). You can charge your electric car at our Wallbox (11 kW Type 2) (currently 40 cents/KWh).

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
