The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

My accommodation is 42 sqm and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection in front of the door, 10 min to the center, quiet location. You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo travellers, and business travellers. You will get the Welcomcard Innsbruck from me for the visitor's tax.
