House with kitchen, living room, toilet on the ground floor as well as a bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and storage and the other with a double bed, a single bed and storage. Enclosed yard. Baby equipment on request (baby cot, highchair, changing table, etc.) (please note that the accommodation has a staircase of twelve steps which is a bit steep) air conditioning upstairs in the warmest rooms (heat pump)

Our apartment is on the ground floor of an old mill, located by the river. The hamlet is 2 km away at Châtellerault Sud, the motorway exit, just before the Futuroscope. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located on the banks of the river. The Vienne department is rich in tourist attractions. The apartment is cosy and has been completely refurbished with lovely features. The owners will be there to welcome guests.

Totally independent and located a few meters from our house, come breathe and spend some good times in our personalized and cocooning cottage. You can enjoy the garden, the pool (see our rules), to relax with family, friends or for an unforgettable business trip!
