Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nantucket

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Ann's place. It is very close to downtown Edgartown and the beach. The beds were comfortable and she had fans in each room, although air conditioning was only in the kitchen and living room. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

Leslie was a wonderful host! Her house was clean and in a great location that was easily accessible.

Evgenia’s house is one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. Modern, new, clean, with everything we needed. We were 7 people and slept very comfortably. We enjoyed the outdoor garden with different nooks very much as well. The beaches were just a close drive away and the neighborhood was walkable and friendly. Highly recommended!

We loved the cottage all around, new materials, nice kitchen & appliances, awesome large TVs, neat, clean, shower is tight though for big wide folks, and noisy trucks early on weekday mornings.

Staying at Rebecca’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience! I stayed with the family during the Thanksgiving holiday during the offseason and the location was absolutely beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even left us treats at the house! The location of the house was private, but a close enough drive into downtown Edgartown to get drinks and dinner or do some shopping. There are many options to relax outdoors and it’s a close walk to get to South Beach to enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rebook in a heart beat!

Ananta was very communicative and proactively helpful. Her residence was very accommodating for a family of 6 plus a cat. We all really enjoyed our stay. P.S. Thank you for the welcome snacks and the plant!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

This is a great place to consider staying! Rachel was wonderful from the moment of booking, until after we departed. The place is cute as can be - and as a longtime visitor of MV - this little place captures the islands vibe and unwritten codes of quality and class. We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

Great stay! Walkable to many shops and restaurants and ferry ports. Host responded very quickly and had everything you could need in the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Moira’s place. Was so convenient being steps from the wave stop to get into town and when we had questions and a request for an iron and an early check in off a red eye Moira was extremely responsive and helpful! The place was well appointed and comfortably fit 4.

Best spot to accommodate a girls weekend. Easy to get places from downtown to Cisco. We felt at home and house had everything you need. The host is super flexible and responsive. We loved it!

What a great spot! We did not have a car on island and found this to be an ideal central location. We could easily walk/bike to town, to Cisco brewery and mid-island restaurants, and biked to several beaches with our kids without issue. Loved coming back from the beach to hang at the beautiful pool in the afternoons and enjoyed the stunning, private outdoor space each evening. A real gem - we hope to be back!

I have been going to Nantucket for 30+ years. We always stayed in Surfside but you definitely need a car if You are that far out. We decided in town would be better since we weren’t bringing a car and this spot was perfect. We could walk to shops and restaurants so it worked out great. The house was cozy and had everything we needed for our vacation. Super clean and comfortable. The back deck setting is beautiful. Loved being close to Hatches and Cumberland Farms for ice Cream runs. Would definitely book again.

This was a great getaway. Very easy accommodations with everything you need and you can't beat the location - walk to town and beaches. Faith was very communicative and good host. I can't recommend enough!!!!

Great space!! We came for the Christmas Stroll and had wonderful access to restaurants and it was an easy walk or cab ride to town. Inga had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas, even a real Christmas tree! We appreciated all the little touches! The bedding was super comfortable and the backyard space was very cute though we didn’t use it! The quick walking path to Stop and Shop, Island Kitchen, Sea Grille and some other great spots was so convenient but could definitely use a clean up ! Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you!!

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

Great stay at this lovely condo in Mashpee. Very spacious and airy and plenty of space for a family of four. It is in a lovely community which is very quiet. It is remote and you really do need a car even to get the restaurants on site. Karen was very helpful and very responsive. Would recommend.

This was an ideal place to stay during our visit to Nantucket. It was in easy walking distance to downtown and Chris gave us numerous recommendations of places to go that were excellent (be sure to go to the Whaling Museum!). Chris was extremely responsive when we had a couple questions after arrival. I highly recommend this condo!

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.
