Herzlich Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung - 'Your vacation base'. Von März 2022 bis Juli 2023 haben wir mit viel Eigenleistung unser Tiroler Landhaus , welches wir 'our homebase' nennen, saniert. Seit August 2023 kann die separate Ferienwohnung 'your vacation base' gebucht werden. Wir befinden uns im Dorfzentrum, umgeben von der imposanten Bergwelt und der urbanen Stadt Innsbruck. Ideal für Paare, Familien und Freunde, um Erinnerungen zu schaffen.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Haus Anemos - Stylish mountain-facing cottage

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with a dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly furnished and barrier-free, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

Whole accommodation

My place has 42 square meters and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection outside the door, 10 minutes to the center, quiet. You'll love my place because of the location and the surroundings. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
