Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The vineyards, quarries and fields give this place a beautiful setting. Bakeries and a supermarket as well as the local butcher allow shopping on foot. And Heidelberg is a 12-minute train ride.
