The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.

The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250-soul town of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The altitude of 550 meters above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. Gartenstraße is very quiet, it is also the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be pleased, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is great, in the sky the red kite makes its rounds, great spotted woodpecker, middle spotted woodpecker and green woodpecker are happy at the old trees.

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
