Feel good and work in a relaxed way on the beautiful Lower Rhine - this is exactly what our house overlooking the horse pasture invites you to do! We live in the rural village of Boisheim with 2000 inhabitants, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. You can feel comfortable here and breathe deeply, relax or work in a concentrated way - just as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a natural garden that invites you to linger.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here. We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
