Holiday rentals with beach access in Nettuno

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Two big bedrooms, big living and 2 bathrooms. A nice balcony. Close to everything. Only 500m from the railway station. I will definitely recommend this place.

Everything is perfect, the apartment is delicious. Congratulations on the decor, it's in a great location, we had a really great stay, Giancarlo is an exquisite person.

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Well organized, clean and practical apartment. There were 4 of us (two adults, a child and a baby). You totally experience the sea and you can relax, despite the young children. You have to climb 5 steps (numbered) and you can take the elevator to get to the beach. The balcony, with sea view, is equipped for eating. The sea at that point is really very clean (the proximity to the Tor Caldara Reserve). Great communication with Manuela, who was very helpful.

Mrs. Marcella was very kind, helpful and hospitable. Impeccable hospitality, we felt like we were at home. The house was clean, tidy and exquisitely furnished. Excellent services and amenities. She also recommended attractions and places to visit. Our stay was short but I highly recommend it. If possible, we'll be happy to come back.

Perfect place for a few nights

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

We spent ten days of pure relaxation in Francesco's apartment! Already upon our arrival everything was made pleasant and simple, from check-in to our departure. The apartment was impeccable even in the smallest details, nothing was missing and the beach below the house was the best! Francesco's courtesy, hospitality and availability are unique and made our stay even more enjoyable. A place we will definitely return to and recommend to friends and family.

We were super satisfied with everything and felt right at home in Manuel's apartment. It is a large, bright apartment with 2 balconies, equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance you are directly at the sea. Thank you so much for the always friendly communication Manuel. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment with huge balcony overlooking the sea. You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes walk. Lucilla is very helpful and friendly. Kitchen is well-equipped.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. We hope to be back soon. a big hello to Daryl and Giorgio. 😃

The place as described . Very easy to reach Rome by bus . Beach is just 5 mins walk. Roberto is always very responsive with clear information . Worth the sea view stay . The place is thoughtfully decorated with paintings .

Everything was as described. Unfortunately, due to work being done on the building, access to the beach was only possible through many many stairs,which I could not manage. But that was not the host's fault. The location is fantastic, and the apartment,too

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
