From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Highchair, junior chair and baby cot available. There are many toys and books available.

From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment is enthroned over the rooftops of the historic Westenvorstadt. In front of the historic Jurahaus, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout romp in the fresh spring water. Locals refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as the Little Venice of the Altmühl Valley. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are in the immediate vicinity.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
