Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

The quaint village smithy (hut atmosphere) is a cozy cottage in the middle of Neustift. In the house there are 5 bedrooms (note: 1 room is a through room) for up to 10 persons. The house is therefore perfect for groups and families. Due to the central situation, all major tourist facilities (restaurants, grocery, swimming pool and sauna, bus stop, ski rental, etc.) can be reached within a few minutes.

Newly renovated holiday home with large garden

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house with about 115 m2 is located in the municipality of Mieders, a quiet place at the entrance of the Stubaital. From here, it's only 15 minutes to Innsbruck downtown. In a few minutes, however, there are also several ski resorts such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier. The bus station is a 2 minute walk.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
