King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

The small apartment is located on the first floor of my grandparents' artisan house. She was the workshop of the Lederhosenmacher Melder in Füssen. She's something for lovers of ancient, quaint walls. The apartment is just outside Füssen on a slope up to the city wall. In a few minutes walk you are in the middle of the old town with its busy hustle and bustle or in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Ostallgäus.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house with about 115 m² is located in the municipality of Mieders, a tranquil place at the entrance to the Stubai Valley. From here it is only 15 minutes to Innsbruck city center. In a few minutes, however, several ski areas such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier can be reached. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away.

The rustic village forge (cottage atmosphere) is a cozy cottage in the middle of Neustift. In the house there are 5 bedrooms (note: 1 room is a transit room) for up to 10 people. The house is therefore perfect for groups and families. Due to the central location, all important tourist facilities (restaurants, grocery store, swimming pool and sauna, bus stop, ski rental, etc.) are within a few minutes' walk.
