Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New England

Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

My family & I spend 5 nights in this beautiful home. We had 4 adults with 3 fur babies. We truly enjoyed our stay. I love to cook & Jane’s kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. The open fire place was perfect. The outside area was ideal for our dogs to run around safely. Short drive to lots of cute towns. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great country weekend away.

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

We had a great time! We are familiar with the area. The pics were exactly as it looked. Very clean and bright. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach for summer travelers! We would stay here again!

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

Mark and Erin's place is exactly as described. The space was comfortable and met our needs. The location is fantastic! The blooming spring trees made the lovely street even more beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and a few blocks away are an abundance of coffee shops, small stores and restaurants. We took the water ferry to Manhattan (an easy 8 min. trip) and used the bus as well. Both are within a short walk of the building. I highly recommend.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Peter's place. The apartment was very clean and homey. The neighborhood was convenient- close to the subway, stores, restaurants, parks, and to the start/finish line of the half marathon we were in town for. The hosts were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay at his place in the future!

Great location close to the airport. Very clean Airbnb. 2 balcony views in both bedrooms. Felt at home. Check in was very simple and the Airbnb was very easy to find. The price was very affordable and it was a great location with many amenities within a short drive. I would recommend others booking this location. Also! The bed was comfy with memory foam. Loved it. If you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, a decent meal or a drink on the beach, and to fall asleep to the sounds of waves calmly crashing than this is the place for you! Let's start with the host Sameer. Very clear and concise with visit guidelines and very quick to respond to any messages. Fantastic. The condo itself is spotless and pretty much has everything you need whether it's coffee in the morning or cookware for an afternoon dinner. Now haven't been to the Brunswick quite a bit I do know the music and crowds in the summer can be a bit much, but being able to easily go upstairs to this condo that is on the opposite side of the band I'm sure is a nice way to end your day with having the opportunity to sit on the deck to listen to the music or close the doors and relax. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

A very nice apartment, central, the beds are very comfortable and covers all your needs. Additional hosts are extremely pending.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
