Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

absolutely amazing stay in Fionas Bach. beautiful home, with everything you could need for a break away. well stocked kitchen, coffee machine, dog bowls and loads of entertainment. played the quiz game on the ps3 on a rainy day. beach Is stunning, lovely to have direct access from the garden. private and suitable for kids and dogs. beach cafe was 7 min walk away and great for last min supplies. thank you so much for a wonderful break with family.

The host is an excellent communicator, easy to understand instructions. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and warm. Totally recommend if you need a little get away for the weekend.

A charming beachfront property with an old homestead along with a modern studio/cottage. We stayed in the cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Sue and James were excellent hosts with plenty of local knowledge and great suggestions for activities with our children. The kids fished in the stream and played on the swings. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, kiwi holiday experience!

A fantastic place to stay. It's bigger than the photos suggest - There's plenty of room for 2 families with excellent amenities. The place was super-clean and well decorated. Riversdale is a peaceful and relaxed location - perfect for a family weekend away.

Stayed with some friends for WOMAD the location is fantastic! Right near all the city vibe and easy access to the park. Loved it :)

I had a great stay! The place is exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and well located. The view is absolutely exceptional and made the experience even more special. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Thank you for the excellent hospitality — I would definitely come back!

We enjoyed staying in this beach house, infact 1 night is not enough. Our kids really enjoyed the spa pooL while adults enjoyed the spectacular view during sunset and nothing compared while watching the sun rises as well. Host is responsive and friendly, and one thing i really commended is the property manager who came around past 10pm to help us unlock one of the room who accidentally lock while our friend is outside the room. He was really friendly and happy to come and help us.

Lovely place to stay in Dunedin. Exactly as described and a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

The house is well kept and equipped with a great position. The balcony deck with bath is a USP and maybe the defining feature of the property. Had it been cold we would have lit the fire that was laid and ready to go. Generous amounts of kindling and firewood were available. The only negative comment is that you have to pay top dollar for this, I thought the price was a bit ‘rich’ but it didn’t stop us extending our stay!’ Regards - Rob
