Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

Charlie’s Hut is a spa suite in the woods, featuring a Hot Tub, an outdoor bath which can also be used as a cold plunge & has a wood burning Sauna.
