The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Nearby (600m) is a beach that's excellent for swimming. A canoe is included in the rental for you to explore the lake. The cabin is in the middle of miles of pristine nature, with plenty of hiking opportunities.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
