Welcome to our bright and newly renovated basement apartment with a great view of the village! Here you live comfortably and quiet, a short detour from the E6 in Grong. Ideal for families, small groups or couples who want a pleasant stay in Namdalen. The apartment has two bedrooms – both with separate double beds – as well as two extra mattresses that can be used if needed. You will have access to your own basement lounge, kitchen, fitness room, and a new bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Ønsker du en rolig hytteferie ved vakre Lauvsjøen? Vi har en nydelig hytte som vi dessverre ikke får brukt så mye som vi skulle ønske – derfor leier vi den gjerne ut når vi ikke bruker den selv! Hytta ligger fredelig og usjenert til, helt for seg selv, med bilvei helt frem (bomvei). Her har du naturen rett utenfor døra – perfekte turområder og gode fiskemuligheter. Fiskekort kjøpes på nett. Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.

Opplev vakre solnedganger og havet på nært hold. Hytta ligger i enden av en blindvei, usjenert beliggenhet med panoramautsikt mot havet. Moderne design. Kun deg og naturen. Et fantastisk utgangspunkt for fiske, kajakk, SUP og strandliv. Et rikt dyreliv, se havørnen som kan sveve sakte forbi. Stor hage med gressplen, store terrasser. Sol hele dagen. Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of the World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet.
