The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Unique property with a fantastic view over the sea. The property is brand new from 2025/26 and is really well insulated and with a heat pump. So even in freezing weather, it is warm and comfortable to be in. The property is small and ideal for a couple looking for a unique experience together, or for a small family (recommended for a maximum of 2 adults). The large folding door facing the water means that the property is extended by the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

Forest cottage in scenic surroundings.

The cottage is an old forest lodge from the 1920s, and therefore not a cottage with spa and pool. NO LUXURY.... The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and beach (300m to Denmark's best beach). In addition, there is only about 3 km to Min Købmand on Trekanten. The cottage is not rented out for parties, bachelor parties and student gatherings.

In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful views of both fields and forest. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and the fire in the wood stove. You must therefore be a little careful with your consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

Large well-equipped holiday home on a private plot near the forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore no car traffic, very suitable for children. We greatly appreciate our house and use it ourselves as much as we can. We are concerned that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you will help us with this. The price does not include electricity. Invoiced afterwards according to actual consumption and current price. Free firewood. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, kitchen towels.

It is an older cottage with signs of use from a whole life, and you should be able to see the charm in the primitive and cozy.
