The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The little blue house in the forest offers tranquility and presence. Here you can put your feet up or hike the hills in the beautiful landscape of South Jutland. There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. The cottage is an old forest lodge from the 1920s, and therefore not a cottage with spa and pool. NO LUXURY.... The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and beach (300m to Denmark's best beach). In addition, there is only about 3 km to Min Købmand on Trekanten. The cottage is not rented out for parties, bachelor parties and student gatherings.

We greatly appreciate our house and use it ourselves as much as we can. We are concerned that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you will help us with this.
