It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Beautiful large garden, close to the city and with a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

We greatly appreciate our house and use it ourselves as much as we can. We are concerned that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you will help us with this. The price does not include electricity. Invoiced afterwards according to actual consumption and current price. Free firewood. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, kitchen towels.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
