It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and the fire in the wood stove. You must therefore be a little careful with your consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas and long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping opportunities within 5 to 10 minutes' drive, depending on which shop you choose.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
