Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Providence

The house was absolutely beautiful!!! It is airy and bright, and the views are beautiful and its in a quiet area. House was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. It's close (but yet far enough away) from numerous great restaurants and parks. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. And the host is communicative - thinks of what you need before you even ask.

This is our 5th stay at this property. We love the location and the house is perfect for our family, including 3 young children. The home is comfortable and well appointed, and our host and hostess were very kind and responsive. They checked on us to make sure we were settled in and see if we needed anything. They also brought ice melt after it snowed and spread it on the porch and walkway so we didn’t fall getting to and from our car! Thank you both for a lovely stay, and we look forward to returning soon!

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

Tonya's home was beautiful, relaxing, and very clean!!! The king bed mattress was hard but very comfortable. The area was very peaceful and relaxing. The lake looked beautiful however the weather wasn't conducive for us to use it. I would love to return when the weather is warmer to be able to enjoy the fire pit and boats that Tonya made available. My daughter and I brought our 14 month old with us and the house was perfect and safe for her to run around and play.

Tyler was a great host! We stayed for a full 2 months so that is plenty of time for different issues to come up. On day in a wind storm a tree came down and it was cleaned up by dinner. There was also a maintenance man on call which with 3 boys was great. We are very happy we found a place that was pet friendly, in a great neighborhood to walk, beautiful well kept home (amazing Jacuzzi tub!!), and it was more reasonably priced then others in the surrounding area. Great find, and grateful we found it when we needed it. Tyler, Thank you for providing our home away from home! I would recommend this place to anyone, if my Mom doesn't beat you to booking it! She loved it too!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Elaine’s airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was situated on the second story of their home with a separate, easy access entrance. Upon entering you are treated with a beautifully decorated, well furnished , living room with a large bay window at one end. When you get closer and look out, you are overwhelmed by a spectacular view of the Narragansett Bay. You are so close, if you listen carefully, you can hear the lapping waves. In the morning, the room is filled with the glorious morning sun. The large main bedroom is equally well decorated and has an equally beautiful view of the bay. The smaller second bedroom is fully functional but does not have the view. The apartment had a one fully functional bathroom and a small but updated well equipped kitchen with everything you needed except a dishwasher. No room. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with Elaine and Richard and would loved to stay with them again if we return to Wickford.

Annette’s place was perfect! There is always a person at the concierge desk if you have questions. The building is very safe as a key fob is needed to get in and also devices to access the garage area. The place is open and feels bigger than it is for a one bedroom apartment. We chose this area as we were going to the Amica Mutual Pavillion for a concert and we were able to walk to and from the event. We also went into Newport about a 30 minute drive to see the mansions and the cliff walk. It was a quick and relaxing getaway! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Marie C.

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

Great lakeside retreat! Perfect for our small family!

I really liked all the outdoor activities my daughter and I did! Karen let us borrow the games inside the cabinet and they were pretty interesting. There's a lot of beds, and they are all comfortable. I really like the view when we were sleeping on one of the bed because you can see the lake when the sun sets or rises. It's really beautiful and I really liked spending time on the canoe and having this vacation! My family and I loved coming here and hope that we can come again. On top of everything Karin is one of kind host! Giordana

Booked this place as an end-of-summer get away with friends and family and couldn't have been happier with the place, the location, and the experience. We were nervous about operating the pontoon but a few YouTube videos helped and we figured it out quickly. Our 12 & 13 year old kids were also able to operate it and had so much fun taking us around the lake. We cooked at the house and also tried some local restaurants. Everyone on the lake was helpful and friendly and spoke highly of Giancarlo and Jill. What a great place to relax, play games, bird watch, paddle board, fish, and pontoon. Would definitely love to visit again.

We had a great visit to this cozy little cabin. Waking up on the sleeping porch with a towering view of the forest and lake was truly restful. A great time paddling and kayaking around the lake and hiking in the surrounding forest. And the kitchen was well enough stocked that we cooked together every meal and just enjoyed the view, no need for restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Tucked away in the woods right on the lake, it was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The cabin itself was adorable, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We only spoke to the host (Angela) briefly, but she was so kind and welcoming, and let us know she was available if we needed anything. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Gary was extremely helpful and responsive. The house is beautifully designed. The only downside was the ticks—we found several on our dog throughout our stay. Apparently, male ticks are less likely to transmit diseases, but I’d recommend giving your dog tick prevention medication before your trip, just to be safe.
