This stay exceeded our expectations. It is actually nicer than pictured, from the attention to detail to the friendly greeting and responsiveness we cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The location is great for both privacy and ease to get to many places in Tuscany. Massimo and his son were beyond gracious hosts. We absolutely plan to come back!

The hosts, Chiara and Luca, were very friendly. We felt very well taken care of as a family. The location is quiet and secluded in the middle of the fields. If you are looking for peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in the tourist centers, you will find it here. To Pesciera del Garda you can wonderfully ride by bike in about 35 minutes along the Mincio river or alternatively by car in 10-15 minutes. We started many bike tours with a child (7) from here into the beautiful surroundings and to Lake Garda. A supermarket and restaurants are 5 minutes (by car) away in Monzambano. The place is very spacious and clean. Everything is as pictured in Mediterranean style and well air-conditioned. The equipment is as described. We can recommend the accommodation!

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the ambience is comfortable and easily accessible, just a few minutes walk away

Il Colle was so peaceful. My husband and I stayed in the hayloft apartment for our honeymoon. We were welcomed and greeted with open arms from Giovanni and it was a pleasure to speak with him about the history of the property. We can’t wait to return here again one day. ❤️

Beautiful place, we were very happy and had a peaceful 3 nights here. Hosts were very responsive and lovely. There wasn’t a microwave which made cooking quite difficult but other than that we were very happy.

We stayed for the second time in this accommodation which is super clean and very nice! We also enjoyed the quiet and seclusion this year! Here you can relax wonderfully, with a book or with a yoga unit! The kitchen is well furnished and therefore you can also cook a dinner yourself. In the neighboring village, you can dine deliciously in the "Trattoria Dei Borghi"! We felt very comfortable again! A big "thank you" to Lapo and Azzurra!

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Federica was available to give us advice or help anytime, and answered questions we had very quickly. If you're considering staying here we highly recommend it. :) Thank you Federica and Andrea!

I believe it's the calmest place I've visited so far! The views are priceless! The house itself is cozy and feels like your own small, peaceful corner of the world - a place where no one will ever find you.

Guido was wonderful, and we loved the area. The town itself and the people there are amazing. We went to ski St. moritz during the day and had an amazing, peaceful, relaxing time when we returned. We personally loved the wood stove, and the rustic and modern mix of the rental. Again, the town, the food, and the people were incredible, and the communication from our host was quick and thorough regardless of the language differences. I cannot thank you enough for a great experience in such a wonderful small town of Italy.

We had a wonderful time and the communication with Tommaso was very good! He and his wife offer different activities, we highly recommend the pizza baking course and visiting the farm. The Spa Area was also a highlight for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Amazing stay and amazing location. Absolutely beautiful

Beautiful, spacious villa in an excellent location. The pool was a nice perk! Was also nice having a half-bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans, but you'll have to bring your own olive oil and other food staples if you want to cook. The main bathroom was lovely and the step-in shower was great -- just be careful in the bathtub, it's slippery!

We spent a week in Fabrizio’s beautiful place. My kids and I felt right at home and loved the sound of the water from the creek next to the house. The nearby natural pool was a wonderful place to go after a day’s adventure. Everything was clean and worked. It was easy to travel to by public transportation. Overall wonderful.

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

Beyond all expectations, the view from the windows over the Chianti vineyards is priceless, comfortable and clean apartment, the photos do not do justice, Paola is really kind and responsive. We will definitely be back, highly recommended

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Frederico was incredibly kind and helpful with local recommendations and useful information like bus timetables and exactly how to get to the accommodation. He was always responsive to any questions we had. When we arrived the woman who greeted us made us very welcome and offered us the delicious wine that they grow in their vineyard. The accommodation itself had everything we needed, it was clean, well presented and the surroundings were picturesque. Would absolutely return. I would recommend having a car, the road is very difficult to walk along! Wonderful local restaurant up the road too. Beautiful sunset from the pool and glorious sunrise from our apartment. A beautiful way to spend a holiday with friends, certainly unforgettable!

Great, quiet and clean place. Beautiful view of the lake. The property is higher up and connected by a small walk. The area has no big shopping and only about 2 or 3 restaurants.
