Loft holiday rentals in Northeast Italy

We immediately felt comfortable in this great apartment. Everything was super clean and very tastefully decorated. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with many breakfast items. There is even an elevator, which was very pleasant with the suitcases. Guglielmo and Annalisa have proactively contacted us and provided us with all important information. 5-star apartment! Excellent cleanliness, high-quality furnishings and very refined. Comfortable beds, double pillows in the master bedroom. Nice exposed bathtub. Perfect shower in second bathroom Upon entering, you immediately have the feeling of a cozy environment and with a scent of freshness that has made our return from the skis always pleasant. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. We found a bottle of Pejo water and pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. Gentle and always available owners The spa is brand new and equipped with every comfort! I recommend this place to those who love tranquility, cleanliness, well-kept environments, beautiful views and comfort

Annalisa was a great host. She has a beautiful apartment in a great location with all the amenities one could wish for. The only thing that could be improved, is a bigger TV in the living room... apart from that it was excellent... will definitely go back.

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

We really enjoyed our stay, time and the place itself. Recommend it during winter too.Grateful for quick response and support from both Michaela and Lorenzo.The dog was very friendly and were sad to leave him behind.

Highly recommend Sara's place, we felt sincerely welcomed, peace and tranquility after a day of strolling through Florence historical sites and wonderful landmarks. A couple of minutes walking to local restaurants and markets. Taxi can pick you up right at the door with Taximove App, and bus stand just 5 minutes away at Piazza Beccaria with taxi stand also, and a variety of food options. Near Arno river we're you will head to: 1) the bridges to take you to Piazzela Michelangelo and Basilica of San Miniato to catch the panoramic views of beautiful Florence, 2) Ponte Vecchio and its jewelry shops, 3) Historical center of Florence to visit all the landmarks and majesty of masters of art and construction, 4) Designer district. We loved it and will come back again !

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

Lorenzo is a great host. The apartment could not be better located for a visit to Bologna of any duration. It is close to everything in the center of town and is located directly across from the priceless basilica of Santo Stefano. Though the piazza is often crowded, the apartment is not noisy. It's very well appointed, with dishes, cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, dishwasher and a combination washer-dryer. Of particular note is the shower, with marvelous water pressure and plenty of hot water. I was grateful for Lorenzo's excellent communication at all times and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Exceptional! Very well located apartment, near the center but very quiet Layout of the loft of the industrial type very sought after and pleasant. Very good quality equipment: kitchen, real walk-in shower, central bath,... there is also a small courtyard that allows you to have breakfast outside. Francesco's welcome is remarkable. Personal and friendly he informed us about Ferrara, the sites and restaurants he loves. Welcoming basket filled like never before. Exit entry times adapted if possible. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was modern, incredibly spacious, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient. The only minor downsides were that the shower water could have been hotter, and the bed was a bit firmer than we prefer.

Cozy place in nice surroundings, nice hosting as well as opportunities to do laundry etc.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

The best host. He is super friendly, superb person. very humble, kind and intelligent and supportive. Great place to stay, easy to get around anywhere in Milan, walking distance from Brenta (M3-Yellow Line) Metro station and Trendord Porta Romana station Also has public parks and Poste Italia nearby. Very quite, and a very good neighbourhood. perfectly safe to get around even at night. A lot of convinience stores and supermarkets nearby, with 24 hr Carrefour market. OVS and Upium are also close by. the room is very spacious with ample storage and has almost everything you need. With a shared living with Marco, it is never a problem of any kind. the kitchen is very comfortable with loads of crockery and cooking utensils. simple, clean and a very descent place to stay. Most amazing Host and a great value for money.
