At this special place, the location, the sunny and bright apartment with the balcony overlooking Pegnitz, is very appealing. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The attractive living room with the cozy large leather furniture, table & velvet chairs invite you to linger. Despite the city center, the view from every window is a "green" pleasure. The square in front of the bedroom is covered with large plane trees and is visited by many birds. Squirrels often come to visit the balcony.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Fantastic old town apartment directly below the castle

At this special accommodation in the best old town location (St. Sebald), including a balcony facing the castle, all important points of contact are close by! The fantastic apartment is located in a historical, comprehensively renovated half-timbered house from the 14th century. On the ground floor of the house, there is a bar, which is sometimes a bit "wilder" during special events and weekends, and you can hear the music in the living room. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping on!

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
