The apartment is centrally located on the B224 with connection to the A42 and A2. Buses run nearby, everything is within walking distance and offers a connection to the train station and Messe Essen. Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in a industrial park in Bottrop Grafenwald. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

Die Wohnung wird nur als gesamte Unterkunft vermietet und wenn auch nur ein einzelner Gast Bucht und im Wohnzimmer übernachtet, muss diese keine Sorgen machen weil das Zimmer keine eigene Tür hat. Das andere Zimmer wird nicht weitervermietet !
