Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The "Sonnenhäusle" is located in Sasbachwalden absolutely quietly in the middle of nature. Built in 1936 by Karl Fritz, father of the Bambi Prize. Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

Modern, charmant, historisch/Bj. 1852, geräumig/ca.97qm, dabei praktisch u einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Eine Gräfin lebte hier. Allein die Aussicht läßt Sie vermuten, direkt im Garten zu wohnen. Auf den Terrassen genießen Sie Blicke in den Rosengarten, können chillen u grillen. Die Reinigungsgebühr von €50,- (inkl. Bettwäsche u Handtücher für 2 P) bitte bei Ankunft bar bezahlen. Die Gartensauna befindet sich genau gegenüber d Terrasse d Wohnung. Sauna separat spontan buchbar, pro Buchung 35€.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Here solo travelers or couples will find an ideal studio . Small but very cozy. ! It is 1 room to live and sleep! Immerse yourself in the world of the Black Forest in our newly renovated apartment. The original old wooden beam ceiling radiates rustic cosiness. The new bathroom with retro tiles also fits perfectly into the ambience. The blackforestloft is located in the Terrassenpark Schonach im Schwarzwald, is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and offers a unique panoramic view. The associated underground parking space is very convenient. An indoor pool is also located in the building for free use-open. Hiking trails go directly from the house. Plus local short tax: €2.50 per adult/night €1.00 per child/night WiFi free of charge Bed linen + towels are included in the price.
