A cozy home for 2

Detached apartment with approx.34 sqm in a detached house, in which also the owners live. Extremely quiet location, as no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and door handles are regularly disinfected.

The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to our granny apartment in Oberschweinbach. It is an independent 80 m² apartment with a private garden and views of a beautifully landscaped pond. A large playground is very close. Mammendorf train station is 3.5 km away. From there you can get to Munich by S-Bahn and regional train and also to Augsburg. The bus stop is located opposite the apartment. The apartment is suitable for individuals as well as families.
