Ruhiger Ort mit gut bayerischer Wirtschaft fussläufig erreichbar. Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa und ein Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Fenster in jedem Zimmer.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Mammendorf train station is 3.5 km away. From there you can get to Munich by S-Bahn and regional train and also to Augsburg. The bus stop is located opposite the apartment. The apartment is suitable for individuals as well as families.
