Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the cellar. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, woollen blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
