Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is on the basement of a single-family house. Shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The Rhine is a 10-15 minute walk Parking is available right by the apartment Bus connection in approx. 150 m The apartment is located in a new development. Our house is ready. But there may be construction noise from time to time. (adjacent houses) Outdoor area is not yet completed and will be gradually being laid out in summer / autumn 2019.

The bright, quiet 90 square meter apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.
