The apartment is on the ground floor, has a private entrance and a large patio. Bed linen, towels, cleaning not included If final cleaning is desired, it is booked 5 days before departure & costs SEK 1000.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Cottage of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL COTTAGE. But with stunning view right by a beach! The cottage is included in a cottage area so that means neighboring cottage close. Look at pictures. 2020 new beds, closet and sink. 2022 painted rooms/ kitchen area + a new fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 m to First Camp which is a 4 star campsite. In summer, you can shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Here you can stay in the apple room on our private property. Great location overlooking Kalmarsund. You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with a 180-meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Stuga Ragnhild by the lake Nerbjärken with rowboat

A perfect vacation getaway in Småland where you can enjoy what the lake and the forest has to offer all year round. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård. A small rowboat is available for you during your stay. The beach area and grill pit is shared with guests of Stuga Dagmar, your neighbor. This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

On the farm there are 2 more houses that are inhabited, but you have access to your own outdoor furniture and barbecue. 100 meters to Öland's best bakery, Kaffestugan. 500 meters to the long sandy beach in Böda and 400 meters to the ICA store. Located in the middle of Böda village, so you live on the countryside but are close to bus, shop and bakery.
