Guest house with seaview

Enjoy lovely sea views in cozy fully equipped guest house. Barely 50 meters to the sea and possibility of jetty with swimming ladder. We live in the big house on the same property but you have your own guesthouse and private patio with sea view. Parking facilities outside. The guest house is located in Björkenäs which is nice nature area with nice swimming area and walking distance to Kalmar golf course (Värsnäs). Distance: - Kalmar city, about 8 km. - Ölandsbron about 8 km. - Kalmar Golfklubb (Värsnäs) 1.6 km. - Grocery stores 4-5 km.

Guest house in my garden

The small guest house in my garden is open plan and is close to the Gotland ferry. There is a double bed 160 cm wide , sofa bed of 150 cm, simple kitchenette with portable hobs, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, small toilet with small sink, shower cabin outside the toilet shielded from the bedroom area, wifi and TV (only cromecast). Large patio deck with garden furniture and parking can be found in the driveway. Sheets and towels are available for rent for 100 SEK/person. Welcome🌸

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Cozy vacation home on Öland [Södvik]

You will stay in the grounds of the old station of Persnäs and despite the fact that there have been no trains for decades, it still breathes history. From the red house you have a view of the former station building, which has also been a bank and post office. It is now privately inhabited by us, Jaco, Etta, Roos and Nina. The old warehouse, where a secondhand store is now located, has been preserved most authentically, but here and there are still elements of the past to be found.

A small guest-house on Öland

Upplev sommaren på Öland. Jag hyr ut en gårdslägenhet som är placerad på den östra sidan av Öland. En lugn plats med fina promenadstråk och naturen nära. Om du vill ta ett dopp finns Ålebäck badstrand 6 km bort. Boendet ligger nära resturang Eksgården i Gårdby, Gårdby café och lanthandel samt Bläsinge hamnkrog. Dessutom kan du ta en tur till Arontorp för att testa de öländska kroppkakorna, eller ner till Ölands södra udde för att uppleva fyren och fågelstationen.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

New state-of-the-art house in downtown Kalmar - Ironman!

Completely newly renovated house with parking, air conditioning as well as a patio in central Kalmar! Close to both Kalmar city center and Kalmar Castle! Perfect for Ironman: The bike goes in both directions right outside the house! Also about 250m to the running distance and walking distance to the start of the swimming! Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.

Cosy holiday cottage in nature reserve

Experience the beautiful nature reserve Lövö. An island with walking trails, fishing grounds, woods and several bridges. The area has a diverse animal habitat. You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
